Rabat - The National judiciary police squad brought, on Friday before the public prosecutor at Rabat appeal court, a Frenchman, a French-Moroccan national and an Algerian sued for terror charges in two separate cases, a legal source said.
The Frenchman and the French-Moroccan are sued for forming a criminal gang to prepare and commit terrorist attacks within the framework of a collective plot to seriously undermine public order by intimidation, violence and terror, forgery, terrorist acts and fraud.
The Algerian national is sued for forming a criminal gang to prepare and commit terrorist attacks within the framework of a collective plot to seriously undermine public order by intimidation, violence and terror, terrorism, holding unauthorized meetings and belonging to a banned religious group.
The three individuals will be questioned by the examining magistrate in charge of terrorism affairs at the Salé appeal court.
