Helsinki - The economic strategy adopted by Morocco in recent years has consolidated its position as a bridge between Europe and Western and Central Africa, "Finland Team" think tank said.
"The Kingdom focuses on Africa for greater economic positioning on the continent that offers many partnership opportunities," the prestigious Finnish think tank said in an analysis of the economic benefits of Morocco.
Team Finland cites in this regard the "impressive deployment" of Moroccan companies that "have expanded their operations into Africa" where Moroccan banks have a significant presence, allowing them to "improve opportunities for commercial operations ".
Boasting an advanced status with the European Union (EU) for years, Morocco stands out in the region of Maghreb and North Africa by a "corporate culture considered the most similar to the European culture", it noted.
For the think tank, the choice of Morocco as a hub at the regional level is not accidental, especially as it has initiated in recent years several major sectoral strategies, launched under the initiative of King Mohammed VI, to "develop and modernize economic structures and create more jobs."
