Rabat - Morocco’s national carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has announced that flight number AT780, linking Rabat to Paris Orly, was delayed on Monday due to technical problems.
A press release by RAM said a mechanical problem was reported by the technical team a few minutes before taking off from Rabat–Salé Airport to Paris Orly Airport, causing a delay of several hours.
The release went on to add that RAM technical team tried to repair the mechanical problems as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, after hours of work, the technical teams noted that repairing process will take more time than expected.
For that reason, the release says, the company allocated another flight from Casablanca international airport, for the 152 passengers who booked at flight number AT780.
Royal Air Maroc also extended its apologies to the passengers for the delay.
