Rabat - Two young women of Moroccan origin who went topless on a private swimming pool in Casablanca were told to cover up, news website Hespress reported.
The two Moroccan women were at the private swimming pool of the Tahiti Beach Club in Casablanca when they opted to take off their dresses for some topless sunbathing.
Moments later, the pair was approached by the pool's security guards who informed them that they needed to put a top on because it was the law.
An official from the Tahiti Beach Club's management, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media, told the Arabic-speaking website that the two women said they just wanted to sunbath topless and they did not want to be troublemakers.
The same source said the two women, who hold the nationality of a European country, did cover up when they were told that there is a rule against swimming without a bathing suit.
